Do you offer any guarantee on the quality of the card?
Soulful Moon is committed to delivering the highest quality product for your special event. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the cards, simply contact us within 30 days after you receive your cards and we will offer you a full refund, minus a $50 service fee. However, if the quality issue is our fault, you will receive a full refund.
I just placed my order. What happens next?
It all starts with a confirmation email that summarizes your order. Then it depends on what you ordered.
For cards that require no personalization, the order is printed within 5 business days and then shipped via the method you selected at checkout. Printing time and shipping time are separate.
Photo cards: after you've placed your order and emailed us your photos, one of our designers will contact you within 2 business days with custom digital proof(s) for your review. Once you've approved the proof, we will submit the order for printing. Printing is complete within 5 business days and then the cards are shipped via your selected shipping option.
Custom invitations : Main invitations that require online personalization, a complimentary digital proof is sent to you within 2 business days of your online order. This only applies to main invitations and not the thank you cards or other complimentary products. We will await your approval before submitting the order for print. We will send you one reminder email within one week of the first proof email. If we still do not hear from you regarding your approval, we will submit your order the business day after the reminder email is sent.The order will print within 5 business days of your proof approval and then will ship via the shipping method selected at checkout. Printing time and shipping time are separate.
I reviewed and approved my digital proof. When can I expect to receive my cards?
Cards are shipped out within 5 business days after you've made your payment. Delivery time of your items will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer a few different shipping rates. Our standard shipping cost for UPS Ground is $3.95 for orders under $35, $7.95 for orders between $35-$100 and $12.95 for orders over $100.00. UPS Ground shipments typically arrive within 4-7 business days. We also offer 2-DAY expedited shipping for $34.95 and 3-DAY shipping for $29.95 regardless of order size.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order before we’ve actually printed the card, we’d be happy to refund your money, minus a $50 service fee. If we’ve already printed the cards, we unfortunately can’t provide you with a refund, but we’d be more than happy to provide you with a 30% discount on your next order.
What happens if I receive the printed cards and notice a typo?
If it’s our mistake, we’ll offer you a full refund or go ahead and reprint the cards for you at no additional cost. However, we can’t offer refunds if the mistake was something that you didn’t catch during the review of the digital proof. Once you approve the digital proof, you unfortunately accept all responsibility for errors on the card. If you need to reprint the cards to correct for the typo, we will be happy to offer you a discounted rate on the reprint.

Can you send me a sample card?
We’d be more than happy to send you a physical card for your review. Please contact us at orders[at]soulfulmoon.com and let one of our fulfillment agents know which card(s) you would like. Note that we do charge $4.50 per card requested plus shipping cost. Sample cards include the generic text you see on the website image and we cannot guarantee which color sample you will receive.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only orders that are shipped within California are subject to a 9.25% sales tax.
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t currently ship orders internationally. If you live in Canada and would like to place an order, please send us an email at customerservice[at]soulfulmoon.com or feel free to fill out this form.
What happens if I’d like to order more than 300 cards?
Our website allows you to order up to 300 cards. Planning on a bigger wedding? No problem, contact us and we’d be happy to get you more cards.
Can I customize your cards?
The artwork on the cards currently is not customizable, but you can customize any and all text that appears on the card. Simple color changes to the artwork is often possible but not guaranteed. Please email us with your request and we will see what we can do.
I have a specific design in mind. Can you create a custom card for me?
We’d be more than happy to create the perfect card for you. Contact us and we’ll work with you to develop a custom design. Customization fee does apply.
